Update: This is an old post. It is no longer Halloween so it no longer appears in the Mountain or Forest anymore. It is available now in the Pet Shop for members.
The Golden or Yellow Puffle appears in the Forest every half an hour and it appear on the Mountain top 15 minutes after it appears in the forest.
So, Gold Puffle appears (this is an example and these are some of the actual times):
Forest: 1:00 PST Mountain: 1:15 PST Forest: 1:30 Mountain 1:45
And So on…

First, get the Halloween Basket at the Snow Forts.
Go to the Pizza Parlor and Click on the Hidden Candy in the Pipe Organ. It will shoot up and fall to the ground (in the lower right corner of the screen). Pick it up.
Go to the Coffee Shop and click on the Basket of Candy for another Scavenger hunt item.
Go to the Forest and look in the Tree Stump in the lower screen.
Go to the Lighthouse beacon and get the Candy from under the ‘Jet Pack Adventure’ game, in the tube.

You can now vote for wigs to stay or go in the Newspaper!
But whether they stay or go, you better by them NOW, because if they go, the people who still have them might get to keep them FOREVER (So they’d be just as rare or rarer than Anniversary hats).
Cheat: If you close and reopen the newspaper, you can vote again (you can keep doing this and vote as many times as you want!
And for some reason, you can still get the Anniversary hats.

Yay! They chose orange and yellow Anniversary hats! Its ONE DAY ONLY, by the way.
They’re on the second floor of the Coffee Shop (the Book Room).

Club Penguin said they will NOT be removing the ‘double coins’ on Puffle Round Up or Ice Fishing EVER!
Also, CP has removed the ninja from the lighthouse, whether to dispel rumors about ninjas or to stop them from getting out, I don’t know.
Last, the Anniversary hat will be available tomorrow only, so don’t forget to get it!

Two catalogs came out today, the furniture and igloo catalog.
Here are the furniture catalog secrets:
Click on the Fire for the Candelabra (Page 4).
Click on the Upright Piano for the Pipe Organ (P.8).
Click on the Home Stereo for Concert Lights (P.11)
As for the Igloo catalog, there is a new Jack-O-Lantern igloo:
The igloo secrets are the same: click here. And there are also two new floorings.
Don’t forget to play Puffle Round Up (Pet Store) and Ice Fishing (Lodge) because you’ll get double the coins for playing them for TODAY ONLY.

The newspaper hints at the sky darkening considerably into night like it did last year. I’m pretty sure the sky will be pitch dark when the Halloween Party starts.
In other news, the Anniversary party will be here on the 24th (Yes, I know I’ve already said this several times)! I believe the party will be in the Coffee Shop. And a new book will be released in the Book Room above!

The two BIGGEST parties of the year will be hear next week: The Anniversary of CP party (24th) and the Halloween party(26th). The anniversary party will be for ONE DAY ONLY and will give out the limited edition Anniversary Hat, that will never return, so you better not miss it!

Notice the Halloween basket at the upper right hand corner. I’m suspecting something like the Fall Fair again. Perhaps you might have to collect candy for items?
