An agent must immediatly report these types of
behavior. It doesn’t matter if you were about to
try and break your high score on Astro-Barrier or
if you were heading over to the Gift Shop to check
out the latest fashions. Your duty as an agent
always come first.
Agents are also encouraged to help other
penguins. Perhaps a new penguin is waddling
around, looking lost. Offer to give him or mer a tour
of the island. Maybe a penguin is looking for the
latest pin, or wondering how to catch Mullet
in Ice Fishing. If you know the anwser, share it.

Put to the Test

As part of the application, you will have to take
a quiz. You must answer every quistion correctly
or your application won’t be reviewed. You can take
the quiz as many times you want.
If the PSA decides you
are ready to hit the field,
they’ll send you a spy
phone. It will show up on
your screen, next time
you log in Club Penguin.

agent needs to be on the lookout for:
Penguins using bad langage
Penguins giving out their real names, location,
or phone numbers, or asking other penguins
for infomation
Penguins being mean or being rude to other penguins
Penguins asking for passwords
