How I chose the color of the 2nd Anniversary Party Hat

This is a cool story. On my old blog, watex.wordpress.com, I had thousands and thousands of fans checking it every day. And since it was so personal and detailed, my fans followed and listened to my every move. I believe I was and still am the only person who posted about the Penguin Polls that clubpenguin.com held. They used to be on the main site but were moved to the Community section after a year. Anyhow, I kept up with it and updated my fans on the Poll each time a new one came out. When the 2nd Anniversary Party was coming, we got a poll that said “something like What color would you like the Party hat to be?” The options were like, yellow and orange, blue and green, red, and some others. The percentages before I posted were like 54% for blue/green and then like 10% for the rest each.

So first I knew that it wouldnt be blue/green since they had it last year and these are limited edition hats that commemorate limited time Anniversary parties so those who voted for that were wasting their votes. So since Orange was my main theme color I told everyone to vote for the orange one. Then after a while orange/yellow became the 2nd most popular color choice with like 16%. And blue/green with like 54%. So on the day of the Anniversary party, BOOM. All the rooms were decorated orange/yellow and the party hats were that color too. So wow! It may have been me that pushed the vote and impacted the entire Club Penguin that day to create those color party hats that will never return to CP!

But now that I think about it maybe a Red color would have looked nicer…. And also, I love red because the Beta Hat looks awesome since it’s like bright red and white, the most pwnage color and item.

Also, Ive imported all the posts from my old site so if you used the Search button you could probably find that old post from years ago.
